SWIN attended the annual NAIDOC celebration held at the Toowoomba Hospital by the Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service.

The day included a flag raising ceremony, the introduction of the Indigenous Health Team, and an Aboriginal performance by the Khai Dancers. Additionally, guest speaker Sergeant Anna Dufficy was invited to talk on the day about being an Indigenous female in the Australian Military Service.

SWIN held a stall at the expo to highlight our South West Small Grants Program and provide community with any additional information they might of had about SWIN.

We would like to thank Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service for inviting SWIN along on the day and congraulate them on a successfull NAIDOC event.
