Strategic Plan 2018 – 2020

The Strategic & 3 Year Action plan was adopted by the board in 2018 to assist in establishing a key direction of the organisation over the next 3 years.  The plan was developed by key organisation Partner CPR Group , in which have been assisting SWIN since 2013 with its governance.  The board is currently reviewing the Action Plan for 2020 – 2023 and will be launched at the AGM in November 2020.


SWIN Constitution as at 16th November 2019

At the 2019 SWIN Annual General Meeting the organisation after consultation with its financial members adopted to change the rules of the association.  This was accepted and submitted to the Office Fair Trading and approved.  Please find attached the rules as of 16/11/2019 for the South West Indigenous Network Inc.

Annual Reports

2018/19

The 2018/19 Annual Report was released by the Chairperson Peter Jackson in early 2020. Jackson described the Annual Report as a sound achievement for the organisation and is working with the current board to ensure that the 2019/20 Annual Report will demonstrate to members the change on the horizon for the organisation. 2015

2014

In 2014 the SWIN Executive opted to develop a Annual Report for its members and key stakeholders to demonstrate both its ability to deliver and also their commitment in producing sound financial audits. The recommendation to start developing this report was established through the extensive consultation with the 2014-18 Strategic Plan and also through regular governance training.
