Acquittals are a mandatory part of the application process. Acquittals prove that the applicant attended the event they received funding for and SWIN uses your acquittals to tender for further funding. Without acquittals SWIN cannot continue to with the Pathways Program. Failure to provide an acquittal within a reasonable timeframe will result in the applicant and their family being deemed ineligible for all future funding from SWIN.
To acquit your funding all you have to is provide SWIN with a photo of the applicant in their team uniform and a paragraph on how they went at their event. Please include statements about how SWINs funding helped you and if the applicant was picked for any further representative teams from their event. The more information you provide the better.
You can provide an acquittal through social media, by using the template provided or by simply emailing pathways@swin.org.au.
