Notice of Annual General Meeting
The South West Indigenous Network Inc. Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00am on Saturday
24 October 2015 at the St George Aboriginal Housing Company.
Business to be conducted at the meeting includes:
– Receiving the financial statements for the last reportable financial year
– Presenting the financial statements to the meeting for adoption
– Electing members of the management committee
– Appointing an auditor or accountant for the present financial year
– Determining, in principle, fees and levies for the present financial year
– Special Resolutions:
o That South West Indigenous Network Inc. adopts its proposed new rules as the rules of the
association
