Why Join?

SWIN Membership will provide your organisation or as a community member access to great opportunities within Indigenous sport and recreation service delivery throughout South West Queensland. These range from programs such as;

  • Trax Sports Tours
  • Billy Lids
  • Daily sport and recreational activities coordinated by Indigenous funded sport and recreation officers.
  • Funding assistance for regional representative participants.
  • Sponsorship opportunities for events to increase participation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through sport.

Members will also be provided with quarterly newsletters throughout the year and the opportunity to come along to any of the quarterly SWIN meetings; whether you are a voting member or wish to be an observer.

Our organisation is always looking for volunteers. Membership will give SWIN the opportunity of reaching out across the South West of Queensland in providing a healthier and more active lifestyle for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander People.
